1. general
Your customer data are asked, saved and used exclusively for the carrying out of the order. The appropriate data protection regulations of the federal data protection law (BDSG) and the tele-service data protection law (TDDSG) are basis for it.
2. passing on of customer data
To handle and ship your order, we only pass on your address data to the company taking care of the specific shipment.
3. additional services
For additional services (credit account, newsletter) we are oblidged to ask for your agreement due to the German laws above. You can cancel your acceptance at any time either via our online shop, via E-mail or by telephone call.
3.1 Customer registration and allocation of a customer number (credit account): If you wish, we save your name and address in a customer database. After you have applied for this service, you receive your customer number and a password via E-mail within 3-4 days. With this data you can enter our online-shop at your next visit. After a successful registration, your name and address are shown on the ordering form and don't have to be re-entered every time. For safety reasons, sensitive data like bank account or credit card numbers are not recorded.
3.2 Regular information (newsletter): If you order our newsletter, we will inform you in regularly via e-mail about news and special offers. To cancel the the newsletter, simply use an option directly in the newsletter.
